MAT SOON BE VOID; ; 1 Now that most of our soldiers 1 havd returned to New Zealand and that thd Great War will officially terminate soon, it is essential that those 6oldiers who have made "soldiers' v;ills" should carofully note the following information: All wills made by soldiers will have nrt force or effect, except whele the soldier dies during or. within: six months aftetf iho termination of the war, unless the will is one-which has been dulv signed l>efore two attesting witnesses ijy a soldier who was over' 21 years of age when he signed the same. This is so provided by section 34 (2) of tho War Legislation Amendment Act, 1916. The date of the termination of the war for this pu,rposo will ho the data to be named in 'a proclamation to bo made by tho Governor-General imder section 24 of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1018. All soldiers who have made such wills are ilieroforo warned and advised to make new wills in the ordinary form appropriate to civilians. '
