The latest communique states that heavy fighting is proceeding north-cast of Tsarskeo Selo. The Bolshevists .have recaptured Ligovo and A'ulkoro, and landed at Wetrozavodsk, in rear of the British, and compelled <i retirement. Kronstadt is tho key position, mid cannot yet be taken. An attempted rebellion at Pet.rograd, due to despair at the lack of food, was easily crushed, but fighting recurs inthe streets daily.—"The Times." BRITISH WARSHIPS IN ACTION.' London, October 21.
