Contrary to expectations the weather yesterday was beautifully flue. The 'meteorological disturbance passed in the south on Wednesday, giving place to southcrlies and fair weather. Present ii>dieationM nri> for variable winds, with moderate to strong southerlies and westerlies prevailing. Fair weather may bo expected generally, hut changeable conditions and aoattcrod showers are likely in the western districts.
