THE CASE OF MTSS DOUGLAS PENNANT. (Rec. October 21, 11.30 p.m.) London, October 20. During the inquiry into her dismissal, Miss Douglas Pennant (formerly of (lie Women's Royal Air Force) said that the young woman at Hurst Park Camp were improperly,allowed out. They ivere taken on> joy rides to London in Government motor-ears and returned drunk in the .earlv hours of the Cable Assn.
