THE PLEBISCITE IN SILESIA
STATEMENT BY U.S. SECRETARY FOR AVAR, (Rec. October 21, 7.50 p.m.) New York, October 20. Mr. Baker (United States Secretary for War) say 6 that the United States troops who were dispatched to Europe to participate in the holding of the plebiscite in Silesia will not move to Silesia until the United States ratifies the Treaty.— Aus.-N.Z.
