By Telegraph-Press Association. Auckland, October 18. The New Zealand military Rugby team Chat recently toured South Africa to-day defeated Auckland by 1G points to G after a fast, open game. Tho military men had the better of the first spell, attacking strongly, and tries were gained by Cain, Kissick, and Stolir, the latter converting his own try. In tho second spell Auckland's play improved considerably, and the local men had the better of the game. For tho military Stolir gained and converted a try. For Auckland Stormont kicked a penalty goal, and Wilson scored a try. The military played well, with good combination, and took advantage of every opportunity. O'Brien, at full back, played a splendid game.
Post and Telegraph Defeated the Combined Shipping Companies ]>y 51 points to nil. Mr. Paton controlled the game.
