RIFLE SHOOTING
<f TRICKY WIND JT IBENTHAH KARORI CLUB. The members of the Karori Defence Rifle Club fired a return match with teams selected by the president aatl deputy-president at Trentham rifle range on Saturday afternoon, the result being a win for the deputy-president's team by 30 points. Ton shots wore fired at 5011 yards and seven shots at 600 varde. Trentham was not in its best mood, and the wind at times was exceedingv tricky. The Old Naval Defence Rifle Club fired the first match of a series on' the Trentham rifle range. The conditions were 6evon shots and siphtcrs at each 500 and 600 yards.
