This will enable those visitors who-cannot make a longer stay to return homo by the afternoon, train on L'abuur Day. The visiting team is as follows: G. A. 'Jones, F. Kumrner, Moore, W, Kummer, P. Kum.merj Dagg, Thirties W. R. Jones, K. Wolch, Barton, G. .Kummer, Clemas. > M'Clymont, Pottinger, Warner, Nops, J. P. Welch, Jackson, Elder, Benton, Oruberg, and L. Welch. This is a very strong side, probably tho most formidable that hits ever been got together', in the Wairarapa, and it should give ail escellont account of itself. AUCKLAND v. OTAGO. A fourteen a-side match by telegraph between the above clubs was commenced last Saturday week. The first eveniig's ..play gave a slight advantage ro tho Otagn side, which is handicapped by the recent retirement of R. A. Cleland (Now Zealand champion in 1899) from match play. Tho Auckland team is also not at full strength, tho |most notable absentees being J. C. Grierson (New Zealand champion in 1903 and in 1913J, and Messrs. Moir and Miles. Exceptional interest is being taken in this oontest, as it is 40 years since tho teams last opposed each other (in 1873J!
