LONDON TALLOW MARKET
Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, advise having received the following cablegrain from their London office under dato nf Octobcr 15:—"Tallow, market, firin. At the auction sales 2300 casks were offered ancl-1500 casks sold. Mutton brought 1035.; good colour, mixed, 100s.; inferior, 905.; gut, 86s. Beef, tallow of !'ne quality is scarce and in eager demand, realising up to 1175." The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received tho following cablegram from their London house under date Octobcr 15:—Tallow:: Fino mutton, £i 2s. per cwt.; good beef, £3 Is. per .cwt.; mixed, £4 103. per cwt. Good demand.
