The following motion was- held over for' further consideration''That tilt congress expresses an opinion on the proposed alternative method in place of the Conciliation and Arbitration Act, as brought,; down by the executive of tile United Federation of Labour .for the settlement.of industrial disputes. Claims for a new* award were carefully coiisiriered and decided on. It was' decided to horn the next congress at Napier during Luster week 1920. . '
