The Arbitration Court award in respect if the Wellington Shearers' Industrial Union lias been filed in the Supreme Court. The award embodies the recommendations of the Conciliation Council, which, "tho parties agreed to accept. ■ It came into force on September 1, and is to continue in force until February 28, 1921, '&nd it is to.operate throughout the Wellington Industrial District :
