A PERSONAL GLIMPSE A'l AMERONGEN. (Roc. October 16, 7.10 p.m.) London, October, 13. The Rotterdam town clerk supplies the latest sketch of the Kaiser. The elerk met him at dinner at Count. Bentinek's Castle. Wilhelm was garruloim, and monopolised the conversation. He proved that his memory was still acirfe, and that he was well posted in affairs and current political gossip. After dinner he produced a map of the Eastern war front and nroutlly discussed the battles, telling of t'ie commanders' exploits in beating back the Russians.—"The Times."
