MORE TROIJBM3 IN NORTHERN TMIUTORY. Port Darwin, October 13. A meeting of citizens resolved that: "Having tried the system of administration of the Northern Territory by an Advisory Council and found it abortive, wo now demand the appointment of a council with oxecutive powers." The meeting appointed a deputation to interview Mr. Carey, Director of the Territory, Mr. Evans, Government Secretary, and Mr. Justice Bevan. and to ask them to resign and leave tho Territory by the first steamer. A later mossago states the Director, in order to avoid a revolution, promised to advise tho Minister of Home Affairs that they are leaving by the next boat. —Press Assn.
