FEDERAL TROOPS OCCUPY INDIANA. Chicago, October 14. Federal troops are in control of Gary, Indiana, the centre of the steel strike. Tin , authorities have arrested an alleged maker of bombs, who w believed to have sent bombs to Mr. Mitchell Palmer, the Attornay-Cienoral, and a number of Judges, last May.
