AMERICAN STEEL STRIKE
EMPLOYERS SAY ITS BACK-IS BROKEN. (Rec. October 14, 8.20 p.m.) New York, October 19. The New York "Times" Pittsburg correspondent states that at this, the beginning of the fourth week of the steel strike,'employers in all districts claim a complete victory, and state that the backbone of the strike has been broken.
