The Australian Press Association correspondent understands that D'Anminzio'.s filibustering is causing a serious internal situation, tho majority of the army rtofying tlif Government. .King Victor Emmanuel has intimated his intention to. abdicate if the sedition continues. Signor Nitti (Premier) is helpless to remove D'Annunzio from Fiume, and recognises that the army would revolt if ordered to march on Fiume, Such a revolt might speedily become a revolution.
