The New York ferrymen, tug and lighter crows also striking. 1 "The Times" Washington correspondent says that Mr. Baker announced that ho 1 would man the transports with soldiers if necessary._ He'eaid that he approved of the National Adjustment Commission's award to the marine strikers, but the radical element would not permit of acceptance; Ho added that the Shipping Board, Railroads Administration, other Government Departments affected by the strike also .approved the award,—Aus.-N.Z.
