ADMIRAL .TELLICOE'S RECOMMENDATIONS. Melbourne, October 10. Lord Jellicoe's report on tlie Shaw wireless works has been tabled in the House of Representative!!. It states that in 'the works the Commonwealth has the nucleus of a war preparations plant, It should be entrusted with the preparation of jigs, patterns, and gauges necessary for tho manufacture of war .'material, which should bo issued to firms on the outbreak of hostilities, enabling them to commence production. Lord Jellieoe recommends that the works should bn controlled by the Telegraphic Communications Board. —Press Assn.,
