■. OTHERS ALSO "WANTED." " Paris, October. 6. In addition to von Bismarck,- France has demanded the extradition of seven other high officials accused of various crimes. Britain, France, and Belgium have drawn up long lists of Germans alleged to be guilty of violating tho rules of warfare, whoso surrender is demanded. The British list includes the names of a number of submarine commanders, of Zeppelin and aeroplane pilots who bombed London; and of numerous German officers, doctors, and guards, guilty of cruelty in the prison camps where Allied 6oidiers were confined.—Eeuter.
