REGULATIONS , AS TO MANUFACTUHE AND SALE. Regulations have been gazetted empowering the Board of Trade to approve of specifications for the manufacture of any class or classes of booh to ba manufactured and sold under its "Boot Trade" regulations, and .' such specifications shall refer to samples deposited with the boaru. They provide for distinguishing'marks to be made on boots, also for numbers and maximum retail prices. .
