WELCOMED AT NIAGARA BRIDGE. Ottawa, October 6. The King and Queen of Belgium crossed Niagara bridge on a visit to Canadian soil. A largo number of Cabinet Ministers greeted the visitors.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. i New York, October 0. King Albert and Queen Elizabeth of Belgium visited Niagara. They were much arauiwd with tho attendant, who, after enveloping the King in oilskins preparatory to the visit to the Cave of tho Winds, said, "All right, King, you're ready."— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
