RESOLUTION OF WANG AN UI ASSOCIATION. (By Telegraph—Prens Association.) Wanganui, October 7. At a meeting of Hie Wnngimui Hockey Association to-night the following resolution was carried: "That the Wangnnui Hookey Association expresses its keen regret'nt the unsportsmanlike resolutions pnsaed on Mr. Kent, the Auckland referee, and unanimously supports tho Auckland associntion in demanding nn apology from the Canterbury association." Mr. Mullins, the secretary, ivho managed the ladies' team which recently visited Clirifltchurch, -moved the resolution, and said that in his opinion Curttorbury should have been the last to pins censure on any referee, judging by the manner in which the ladies' matches wore referced during (he tournament 0' some of the Canterbury members who played in the Canterbury representative team.
