Sir,—How much longer are the producers of this- country going to put up with tho woollen mills _ and. tanneries getting their wool and hides at a fixed price ■ and charging what, they like for woollen goods and leather? Neither Parliament. the Board of Trade;. nor Farmers' Union seem, to bo able to do onything. It is time n Producers' Association was formed.—l am, etc., PRODUCER.
