Radicals are now in japan awaiting the lifting of the wartime regulations regarding passports in order' to :flock to the United States. The Foreign Relations . Committee of the House will shortly begin hearings with tho idea of continuing the war'time regulations against the Bolsheviki >uul other Radicals until an effective „T» migration law is enacted.
