Mr. Alfred William Cox, of St. James's Street, London, tho racehorso owner and breeder, training with Alec Taylor r.t Munton, whose horses won over JUSO.fIOO in stakes during 33 seasons, and who died on May 4. has left estate of the value of ,0334,927, the net personality being ■£300,554. The testator left his thoroughbred stud to his brother Alexander, and after providing for legacies to ajnumber of relatives, amounting in all to about ,£52,000, ho bequeathed ,£SOOO to his trniner; .£2OOO, to his stud groom; £500 each to tho headman to his trainer, his housekeeper, and to Erneft Barnes, formerly in his service; .£250 to a I'nu?--maid; and one vear's wages to each of his servants. The residue of tho properly in irfi. to his brother, Alexander l?-obb.
