October 5, -5.5 p.m.) Washington, October 3. Dr. Derctun, a noted neurologist, states that President Wilson is suffering from lien oils exhaustion and weakness. Complete rest is essential. The President's porsoniti physician says that the President in a very sick man. His condition is less favourable. He remained in bed all day. On account ot thu President's illness, King Albert has announced that he has can. celled his public programme until October It. He will go to California unofficially and resume his official trip when President Wilson improves.
