SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY

All the nerformers at the annual concert of the Wellington Girls' College, given before a very large audience at the Sailors' Friend Society on Thursday, were the recipients of much applause. The glees, choruses, recitals and quartets by the club wna .features of the evening. The performers were the Misses Garshook, K. Reree, Coi'd. E. Fluy. I ee. I' Rrece, E. Bath, and Masters Ulph and Wright (Amokura). mid Messrs. Edmonds and Ewihg (Port Melbourne). The Misses Allau and ITolbcrtqn were at the piano. The nupils were under the guidance- of the Misses Ward and Allan. The competitions wero led, by Mr. Moore, misfiionor. Tin nctimr-commandov of the Amokura moved the' vote of thanks, which was carried with cheers.
