FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Fresent indications arc for strong westerly winds,'backing to southerlies everywhere booh. Weather cloudy, unsettled, and colder generally, with heavy showers in many parts ot the country. Barometer rise, but unßteady in the far north; Strong and equally westerly winds have prevailed, and the weather has been changeable generally, rain falling in many parts, especially in districts with a westerly aspcct. .
