Tor the 12 months ended September SO, 1919, the ." number of bales graded was 100,897 as ■compared with 165,414 for the previous 12'.months, a decrease of 61,517 bales. - '.The total number of bales of tow : riaded'was 1531, as compared with 1091 for the corresponding month of last year, '" an', .increase of MO bales. For the 12 !• • months onded September 30, 1919. tho number of bales graded was 15,855, as :,- compared with 32,494 for the previous 12 months, a decrease of 16,639.ba1e5. During tho month 12 bales of stripperelips were graded, as compared' with 36 bales for tho corresponding month of le'st year. For the 12 months ended September 30, 289 bales were graded as com- " pared with 1667 bales for the previous 12 i months, a deoreaso of 1378 bales.
