ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
SEAMAN.FOUND DEAD. Bj Telegraph -Press Annotation. Auckland, September 30. A seaman on the steamer Waipara rained Henry Weston, aged 28 years, was found dead in his bunk this morning. The. deceased joined the vessel in England, having previously been gassed 'ai- the front. At an inquest medical evidence showed no sign of disease. The Coroner's verdict was that deceased had died from sulfoeaiioii while in a fixate of intoxication., WOMAN FOUND DROWNED. Auckland, September 30. Mrs. Florence Kent Johnston, wife of an accountant, nt Cambridge, who -lias been missing, from her home at Devonport, was found drowned in the harbour 1 this morning.
