FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERBAY. Present indications arc for. strong westorly winds and changeable, squally weather generally, -with rain in districts with a westerly aßpcct. Barometer unsteady, but falling further in the south. High southerly winds and rain were experienced in many parts during Monday night, but conditions hajfe moderated since this morning, and tho wind has changed' to westerlies and northerllea in and southward of Oook Strait.
