One girl proposed that they should be addressed as Miss or Mrs-, instead of by their Christian names. Some with nico names were called "Jane" or "Sarah," which was objectionable. When visitors camo to a house, suggested another, tho servant should ba paid overtime for extra work. Caps and aprons wer,e objected to as a "badge of Borvitudo," and it was proposed that servants should be allowed to use the bath.
