According to a telegram from Aires, t'he Argentine Minister at Vienna lus informed tho Argentine Foreign Office that the Austrians desiie to colonise in the Argentine. The Foreign Office has replied that flscaU lands in southern and northern Argentina are open for colonisa-tion.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Asira.
