OFFICERS' INSTITUTE
PROPOSAL TO FORM A CLUB. The provisional committee set up by the Wellington Officers' Institute to take steos to establish asocial club has decided that the replies "received to a circular it issued do not warrant the institute proceeding further with the scheme as originally proposed. The. committee thinks, however, that the idea should not be entirely lost sight of, and has decided to recommend the formation of an officers' club, to be called "The.United Service Club."
