CHANGEABLE WEATHER
Yesterday's weather conditions wero peculiar. The forenoon was mild anjl oppressive, quite warm, with very littlo wind. . In the afternoon a black mass camo up from the south, and the temperature dropped to the winter level. A sharp shower of hail, thunder and lightnine completed the bill, after which tft6 skv cleared and ,-. beautiful night fol. lowed. The indications aro for moderate hi strong west and south-wret winds. The barometer is unsteady.
