CONFISCATED ENEMY VESSELS
New York, September 23. Tho Peking correspondent of the New York "Times" states that there is u Cabinetl dispute over tho confiscated enemy vessels. The Ministry of Communications established a shipping company to ooerato tho vessols, tho profits to go to the Ministry of tho Navy to pay off its debts and carry on repairs to warships. Tho Ministry of Communications recently chartered vessels of another company without informing the Minister of tho Navy, who tendered his resignation.— -Tus.-N.Z, Cable Ajhb.
