By' Tolegra,)))—Special Correspondent. m . * Dargaville, September 2.1. .Llie largest meeting of Northern Wairoa settlers yet held took place at Dargaville this afternoon, when it was decided to nrgo the Minister of Public Works lo pass an Authorisation Hill this session enabling the construction of tho railway to connect Dargaville with the Auckland Main Trunk, and emphasising tho necessity of the completion of this work. Tho isolation of Northern Watroa was stressed, and the meeting was absolutely unanimous on' the necessity for remedying this in the mummr stated.
