BURNS CONCERT -r « - A Burns Concert will bo given by the Robert Burns Club in the Town Haliil tonight. A very fine programme has lieen arranged. The artists include Miss May Chatwin, Miss Mildred Godier, J|v«. Billie Green, Mrs. Culford Bell, Miss Josio Baillie, Mrs. David Kcnne<iv, anil Messrs. W. Goudie, Verdi M'Kenzic, Charles Moore, W. W. Crawford, R. Meates, Denham (violinist), Daisy M'Lellan and Donald Young (Highland dancers),- and the famous Scots tenor, Martin Duff, and Master Stewart (aged 5), Highland dancer;'also Miss Dorothy Harrison, ohanipion electric club swinger of New Zealand. Readings from Burns's poems will be given by professional ScoU elocutionists, and the standing of the artists should be a gwrantee "ft'"' good things to bo provided. A feature of tho piwramme will bo the Highland piping and dancing.' Tn addition, there will be a Scots professional orchestra of Mceirinstruments, under Mr. W. Sneddon,.with.Mr. V. Balfour as leader.
