September 24, 0.20 a.m.) Vienna, September There have been serious disturbances in the district of Totis, in Hungary, where a number of inflamed miners proclaimed o. prolela.i'iit dictatorship, disarmed the police, hoisted tho red ilag, wrecked houses, and maltreated civil officials. Later in the day five hundred gendarmes nrrived and overcame tho mutineers after three hours' furious fighting, in which seven were killed and twenty-five wounded.
