MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE--MEETS. The-'weekly meeting of the Management Committee ot the Wellington i Uughy Union was held last evening. Mr. "W. Kornig presided. The 'l'riiinway Club appliod for permission to pkty ii nlatch at Athletic Park on Thursday, which wud granttci. The Agriculture Department were granted the use of Athletic Park for next iviouuay ui piay ,i match against the Education Department. . TiiD-'Petono Mail way Workshops team were granted permission to go to Auckland to play a match. The Petoue Club applied for the transfer of M. Nicholls irom the Wellington College team to lite Petone senior team. After some discussion it was decided to refuse .the application. In reply to a request fioin tho Wellington Club for a challenge match-with the Athletic fifteen (winner;! of tho third grade championship), it was decided to inform the former club tint tlie match could not be arranged. A' letter was received ::rom Cnptain Bell, commander of No. !■ group, suggesting the formation of Cadet company teams; that, competitions for Senior Cadet trophies be in the form of special matches, and that towards! the end of the season a team of the best players bo formed to bo known at the ''Group o Senior Cadet representative loam" and play matches with other groups in tho Dominion. It was decided to grant Captain Dell permission to form teamn to compete against each othei. FIXTURES. ' Fixtures, grounds and referees for Saturday are as follow:— Senior—Athletic v. SclwyTi, at Athletic Park, 3.10 p.m. (K Perry); PohcKlv. Petone, at Petone, 3 p.m, (L. Simpson); Oriental v. Wellington, at Athletic Park, 1.-15 p.m. (A. C. Kittoj; University v. Hutt, at Hutt Itecrcation Ground, a p.m. (E. Teller).,
