ESTABLISHMENTS ANNOUNCED. !
Paris, September 20. fn tho Senate'M. Doumer announced that the future' reorganised army, of France would total 350,000 on ' a peace footing, and would comprise two home army corps and one colonial, army corps in North Africa. Tho war footing would be 1,300,000. Six infantry divisions and one cavalry division would be earmarked for the occupation of the i Rhine area. Universal compulsory service would bo reduced from three years to-one year.
