On tho bp--ond charge he was ordered to pay r ; per week, and also to pay <&i towards the arreai-s. On tihe first charge b'. wa6 convicted, and ordered to como up for sentence when called upon within a period of twelve months. For insobriety a first offender who failed to appear had his bail of 10s. forfeited. . ■
