The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile 'Agency Company, Ltd., report on their Pahiatua sale:—We had a small entry of sheep'and a full yarding of cattle. Bidding was somewhat slow at auction, and several good lines of enod cattle were passed. We quote; Medium hoggets, £1; Hereford yearling steerß. £6 15s. to. £8; empty cows, £8.55. to £9; dairy heifers, £11. ' .
