MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETS. The wceklv meeting of the Wellington Football Association wns held last night. Mr. W. Auld presided. The Thistle Club wrote, notifying that J. M'Kenzie broke a bone in one o£ his legs whilst playing in the Thistle-Insti-tute match last Saturday, and applying for the Association's accident insurance benefit, which was granted. The Brooklyn Club's application for the transfer of C. Reid from Thistle Club to their clnb was not granted. A letter is , to be sent'to the Canterburv Association, through the New Zealand ..Council; asking for a statement regarding tho Wellington-Canterbury Brown Shield match. ...... FIXTURES. . .
