ROWING
At a meeting of tlio Wellington Vowing Association, held last evening, it was decided that the opening of the rowing season should bo celebrated on October 18. A short programme of races is being drawn up, and includes races for returned soldier oarsmen and veterans. During the afternoon the various clubs will dispenso tea to tho latly visitors.
