TEEMS OF AGREEMENT. (Kec. September 17, 9.50 p.m.) Melbourne, September 17. - Senator Milieu lins announced that an agreement has been reached' between t'ttu owners (representing 95 per cent, of the tonnage), and the seamen, which will be formally signed on Monday. The increase of wages is 355. per month ova the awards of' December, 191S, with u flat rate of '2s. Gd. jior hour for oveitime, and an allowance of four hours oft' in port for each week employed. Tin. agreement is retrospective to August, and expires in December, 1921.—Press Assn.
