CONFERENCE IN SYDNEY. Sydney, Stptoinbor 10. A conference of meat exporters and farmers of the Commonwealth discussed tho termination of the existing contracts and the salo of the exportable surplus of meat and the possibility of new contracts. It then waited upon Mr. W, It. Hnelies aiul submitted resolutions which slated that tho producers were entitled to tho world's parity on all exportable surplus produce; and uracil that instead of having four separate bargaining Governments it was advisable that Mr. Hmrhes should open negotiations, the nrice and conditions to be approved by the Government of the exporting Stat'js. Mr. Hushes, in reply, promised to givo overy assistance.—Press Assn.
