RED COMMANDERS NONPLUSSED. London, September 15. Mr. Wilton, the Omsk correspondent of '".the Times," writes that General Dieterich's successes have nonplussed the Bolshevik commanders. Red reserves aro being rushed hither and thither, and peasants have been called up in ail directions and forced to construct trenches.
