. , . FAMILY VISITS. I Amsterdam, September 13. Th ex-Crown Princess and two of her four sons are at Amerongen on a visit lo the ex-Kaiser and the ex-Kaiserin — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Rotterdam, September 13. The "Telegraaf" states that tho exKaiser has refused to permit his eldest grandson to accompany the ex-Crown Princess when visiting her husband in Holland. Tho incident is interpreted as indicating that the tx-Kaiser has not abandoned hope for tho restoration of the monarchy, and that lie believes that at least one AVilhelm must remain in Ger-many—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
