A CABINET CRISIS. (Rec. September 16, 0.5 a.m.) Belgrade, September U. •It is confirmed that the Serbian Cabinet resigned because it failed to obtain tho suppression or modification of the clauses in the Austrian Poace Treaty dealing with tlie protection of minorities in the territories ceded to Serbia, which declares that these infringe Serbian sovereignty. Tho Government will retain power during the crisis.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
